Get treatment for your anxiety and trauma symptoms from a South Asian therapist.
Fees & Investment
I don't take insurance. My practice is private pay, which means our sessions aren't dictated by what an insurance company decides is medically necessary or how many sessions they'll approve.
I do provide superbills after each session, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Whether you get reimbursed depends on your specific plan. If you want to check before we start, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask about out-of-network mental health benefits and your reimbursement rate for CPT code 90834.
If cost is a real barrier, say so. I'd rather have a direct conversation about it than have you not get the support you need.

Intensive therapy is a focused, extended session (or a short series of sessions) that uses EMDR and Brainspotting to help you move through stuck patterns faster than traditional weekly therapy. It’s ideal for people who feel “ready to go there,” want momentum, or need concentrated support around trauma, anxiety, triggers, or a specific block. An intensive gives you dedicated time to process, integrate, and leave with practical tools; so you can feel real relief and clarity without stretching the work out for months or years.

“My anxiety reached an all time high because of the pandemic. A few months ago, I became so anxious, worried and fearful that I slipped into a horrible depression. When I was able to pull myself out, I decided it was time to find a Therapist to help manage during these crazy times. I have been seeing Sanna ever since and she is amazing! Her support and guidance has made navigating these difficult times much easier. She has shown me great tools to help manage my anxiety and OCD, she is extremely kind and compassionate, and I feel safe knowing I can speak with her about anything. I would definitely recommend Sanna.”
